Journey back in time to conquer the world a full millennium ahead of schedule!
When an advanced army time-travels to dominate the world 1,000 years early, they face unexpected resistance from the era's primitive inhabitants! Lead the rebellion with a vast army of warriors drawn from diverse cultures across the globe. Take direct control of a single hero or zoom out to command entire legions with a swipe. This game masterfully blends grand, world-conquering strategy with hands-on, interactive battles for the ultimate experience. And just when you think the conflict is over, history has a way of repeating itself...
UPGRADES
While the core game is free to play, optional upgrades let you customize your experience—choose your faction and starting territory size. Unleash chaos in fantasy battles that pit any two cultures against each other with as many units as your device can muster! You can also edit every character in the world, but note the game actively uses up to 1,000 characters that are periodically cycled.
CONTROLS
When controlling an individual character, choose between the "Classic" one-handed control scheme or "Dual Wield," which lets you control each hand independently. If you're new to these systems from the series, simply pause the action by tapping the timeline to access the detailed "Controls" guide. Also, watch for in-game hints found on scrolls and books you can collect and read.
You can switch control between team members at any time by tapping their health bar or directly pointing at them on the battlefield. Tap the arrows at the screen's bottom to enter "Commander" mode, where you direct any unit by swiping from their position to a target location. Whether you order them to move, attack, or interact with an object, they will interpret your command. Be aware, however, that they will act based on their own priorities and available actions!
Regardless of your device or control method, you can always zoom the view in or out with a pinch gesture at the center of the screen.
MAP
In the main "Campaign" mode, you expand your territory by moving units from one region to any connected region. You can choose to "fortify" a region you hold or launch an attack to seize a rival's land. Be strategic: only 50% of the units stationed in a territory are available for offensive moves, making invasion inherently more challenging than defense.
The population in any occupied territory can grow after each turn, so securing more land is crucial. Also note that your units gradually recover health over time, making it wise to rotate your active fronts each round.
PERFORMANCE
Please be advised this is the most ambitious and large-scale game I've developed to date, and may require a high-end device for optimal performance. To improve framerates, consider lowering the "Population" setting to reduce on-screen characters or adjusting other options in the "Display" menu.
There is far more depth to this game than I could possibly cover here, so I sincerely hope you enjoy discovering its many secrets on your own!
