In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful
With the rapid advancement of technology—now an essential part of everyday life—it has become imperative for custodians of knowledge and scholarship to embrace modernity and cultural globalization. This is crucial to preserving their rich scientific heritage and ensuring it remains accessible, shareable, and available to the widest possible audience.
At the Heritage Revival Center of al-Abbas's alternatives, we recognize the significance of this legacy—one of the most authoritative sources in its field. Unfortunately, despite its immense value, this treasure has not received the comprehensive publication efforts it truly deserves. Although there have been isolated attempts to print certain volumes over past centuries, handled with care by dedicated researchers, much of the work remains unverified and scattered.
Therefore, we have taken the initiative to transform this invaluable resource into an advanced electronic application designed for scholars, researchers, and all those passionate about Islamic heritage. This app serves as a dynamic knowledge interface, enabling users to explore the scholars of the true sect and understand the conditions of its prominent figures—quickly, efficiently, and in the shortest time possible.
The application includes the complete book in three distinct formats:
- Text Format – Carefully aligned with the original publication for accuracy and readability.
- Digital Scan – A high-quality digital reproduction of the printed edition.
- Manuscript Version – A unique and invaluable feature: the original handwritten manuscript by the author, may God Almighty have mercy on him. This allows specialists to cross-reference content, verify potential typographical errors, and conduct in-depth scholarly analysis—especially important given that many volumes were never thoroughly proofread, leaving room for errors in print.
Despite its simplicity, this application offers a range of powerful features tailored to support academic research and ease of use:
- Read each of the three versions independently.
- Search across the entire encyclopedia or within specific sections using both basic and advanced search tools.
- Copy or share any text excerpt with ease.
- Print pages in any of the three formats with high compatibility.
- Open two synchronized windows simultaneously—one showing the text and the other the scanned version—with adjustable sizing and automatic page linking during navigation.
- Access a comprehensive index of translators in each volume, as well as a unified index across the entire encyclopedia, all fully searchable.
- Add any page (in any of the three formats) to your favorites for quick future access.
- Insert personal notes or comments on any page, preserved across all formats.
In presenting this application to our esteemed users, we extend our deepest gratitude, appreciation, and praise to all who contributed to this noble endeavor. Special thanks to the eminent scholar of his time, Sheikh Agha Buzurk al-Tharani, may God have mercy on him, whose meticulous work in typesetting, verification, and initial printing laid the foundation for this project. We also thank those who preserved and shared the written copies—making them available to researchers through the publication of "the zakat of knowledge"—and to our dedicated brothers who invested their time and effort in developing this application. May God reward them all with the best of rewards, befitting the benefactors.
