Create, paint with artistic brushes, draw, and animate using the iArtbook Digital Painting App
A professional painting app built on unlimited layers with blend modes and masks
Every brush leverages three pro-level real-time calligraphy technologies: Line Delay, Rope Stabilization, and Correction—combine them for optimal results.
With 100% calligraphy support, your lines will be incredibly smooth, even when drawing with a finger.
Ask a critic to define the art of painting. They will point to iArtbook for artists when discussing form.
In art, a medium—like musical composition—can be categorized into smaller forms, such as a song or an opera.
In this example, the musical composition is the medium, and the pro create aspect represents the artistic expression's specific form.
But consider how the meaning pro create in a song might change if the artist had chosen a different form, like a written poem.
iArtbook Brushes can be Dry, Glossy, or Wet. There are three Wet brush types: Without Pull, With Pull, and Super-Precise.
Any brush can instantly become a Smudge-brush with the Finger tool. Textured brushes are also supported.
If you prefer drawing with a simple round brush, quick settings adjust Hardness, Ovality & Rotation of the brush shape. For realistic brushes, a large Pro-Library with over 1000 textures lets you create new brushes of any type.
Apple Pencil is fully supported, including Touch Force, Tilt, Azimuth, and Predicted Points, with customizable settings for each feature. You can also disable finger-painting if you don't use it.
Many paint types are commonly used, such as tempera, acrylic, watercolor, and fresco.
The surfaces you can paint on range from paper and wood to leather and beyond.
