The "Traffic Fines with Photos" app helps you track and pay traffic fines promptly. It checks all official government sources for Russian Federation traffic police fines and displays them with photos and complete violation details. Instantly pay traffic fines using a card from any bank. Every day, users check and pay over 500,000 traffic fines online. The app also enables you to apply for compulsory motor liability insurance (OSAGO) online through our partner, bip.ru.

All administrative fines are checked using your last name, driver's license, and Vehicle Registration Certificate (STS), with no commission. You can also check fines by vehicle registration number (STS not required).
You can check fines for multiple vehicles or driver's licenses at once—ideal for owners of commercial and government vehicle fleets.
The app includes TsAFAP traffic police fines and fines for city parking (CDD): Moscow parking (AMPP), St. Petersburg (GATI), and other Russian cities. All traffic fine information is sourced from official government systems: the State Information System (GIS GMP), the Ministry of Internal Affairs' State Traffic Inspectorate (GIBDD), State Auto Services, and Moscow's Department of Information Technologies (DIT).

You won't miss a new traffic or parking fine, or a payment deadline. The app notifies you of new fines and reminds you before the grace period for a 50% discount ends. Receive alerts about fines soon to be or already transferred to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).
