Just a few short weeks after developer Dreamcube launched Miraibo GO on mobile and PC, the game's first in-game season has arrived, perfectly timed for Halloween. Dubbed Abyssal Souls, this season immerses players in a chilling atmosphere packed with all the terrifying elements you'd expect from a Halloween-themed event, alongside exciting new content that has already attracted over 100,000 downloads on Android alone.
For those new to the game, Miraibo GO offers a mobile experience akin to PalWorld, where players explore a vast open-world environment to capture, battle, and care for monsters known as Mira. These creatures range from massive reptilians to cute, bird-like beings and tiny, skittering mammals, with over a hundred unique Mira each boasting distinct skills, abilities, and elemental affinities. Success in battles hinges on understanding which Mira excels in specific matchups and environments, from sandy beaches to frosty mountaintops, lush grasslands, or scorching deserts.
Beyond the thrill of combat and exploration, Miraibo GO lets players manage a base where Mira can assist with building, resource gathering, farming, and other domestic tasks.
Season Worlds
Miraibo GO introduces a dynamic seasons system through Season Worlds. With each new event, a temporal rift opens in the game's lobby, transporting players to a parallel dimension where the season unfolds. Each Season World features unique Mira, buildings, progression systems, items, and gameplay mechanics. At the end of the season, your achievements translate into rewards that you can redeem in the main world of Miraibo GO.
About Abyssal Souls
The Abyssal Souls season introduces a Halloween-themed world where an ancient, legendary evil known as the Annihilator has emerged, creating an entire island. This formidable Mira is joined by its minions, including the event-exclusive Mira named Darkraven, Scaraber, and Voidhowl. Players are tasked with confronting and defeating these creatures, with a strategic tip to tackle them during daylight when they are less powerful.
This season innovates the gameplay, leveling the playing field for newcomers against seasoned players. Gaining a level increases health instead of attribute points, and a new Souls system allows players to spend collected Souls on significant stat boosts. However, losing a battle means losing all your Souls, though you retain your equipment and Mira.
Abyssal Souls also features an exclusive PvP system set on the Annihilator's island, where free-for-all battles can lead to either losing all your Souls or gaining valuable loot. Successful participation in the season earns players Spectral Shards, which can be spent on special items and rewards. The season introduces new buildings like the Abyss Altar, Pumpking Lamp, and Mystic Cauldron, along with a secret zone called Ruin Arena for PvP and Ruin Defense events.
For those less inclined towards combat, the season offers special Halloween costumes and accessories to enjoy. Start your adventure in Miraibo GO by downloading it for free on Android, iOS, or PC via the game's official site. Don't forget to join the game's Discord server for more community engagement.
