Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a turn-based RPG developed by the French studio Sandfall Interactive. It incorporates real-time elements into its battle system, set in a dark fantasy world where a powerful being, the Paintress, wakes annually to paint a number on her monolith. When this happens, everyone of that age disappears. As the game begins, the Paintress is about to wake and paint the number 33. You play as Expedition 33, a group of 33-year-olds determined to stop the Paintress.
