Royal Petrol Gas Station Loyalty Program
The company, Royal Petrol LLP, is the owner of fueling station networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

Program - a loyalty program for regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol fueling station network and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the Company encourages Members for their purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), offering special discounts and tailored promotions designed with Participant interests in mind.
Rules - these terms and conditions for the loyalty program participants.
Participant - an individual, aged 14 or older, who is legally permitted to enter into minor everyday transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. A Participant must be an individual with an Individual Identification Number (IIN) assigned under the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Participant Questionnaire - information provided by an individual wishing to join the Program during registration. By submitting the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily gives the Company full consent to process their personal data (in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). Processing methods include organizing promotional communications via email, messengers, SMS, phone, and mail, as well as automated data processing and database creation. This consent is valid until the Participant withdraws it in writing.
Virtual Card - an electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical form.
Website - the Company's official website at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, containing Program information.
Mobile Application – the Royal Petrol software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms, owned by the Company.
Bonus points (Bonuses) - reward units accrued by the Company when a Participant purchases goods at Royal Petrol stations under Program terms. 1 Bonus point equals 1 Tenge. Bonuses can be used exclusively for purchases within the Royal Petrol station network.
Program Participant Bonus Account - a record in the Program Database containing registration details and information on accrued/spent Bonuses and the Participant's current balance.
