Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!
Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)
This in-person event will immerse you in the Unova region, drawing inspiration from Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2. The event will be held simultaneously in Los Angeles' Rose Bowl Stadium and New Taipei's Metropolitan Park.
Expect themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) filled with Unova Pokémon. Shiny Deerling variations will appear depending on the habitat and time of day. Shiny Meloetta awaits via Masterwork Research, and you might hatch Shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and others. Keep an eye out for shiny Pikachu sporting unique headwear through Field Research!
Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses. Druddigon (Three-Star Raids) and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (One-Star Raids) will also appear, all with increased shiny rates.
Tickets are available now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei). Add-ons offer extra bonuses, such as 5,000 XP per completed raid. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8). Booths and team lounges will provide merchandise and relaxation areas.
A global version, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will run March 1-2 for free.
Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)
This city-wide adventure hits Hong Kong and São Paulo! Join Professor Willow and Eevee from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time to solve a Pokémon mystery.
Receive a special explorer hat-wearing Eevee at the start. Evolving it (25 Eevee candy needed) retains the hat. Complete the Eevee Explorers Expedition for a second hatted Eevee.
Expect Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild. Eggs will contain Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, and Skiddo. Location-specific Pokémon await! Maps will be provided, and Pikachu or Eevee visors will be distributed (while supplies last).
Tickets cost R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong. Add-ons are available for extra items and increased Shiny Pokémon chances.
