Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers! The highly anticipated Black and White Kyurem are finally arriving in Pokémon GO as part of the global GO Tour: Unova event, taking place March 1st and 2nd, from 10 AM to 6 PM local time.

This legendary duo, previously leaked and highly sought after by players, will be available in raids, offering a chance to catch both their standard and shiny forms. The event also introduces special in-game backgrounds inspired by the original Pokémon Black and White games.

More Than Just Raids:

The excitement doesn't stop at catching Kyurem. Similar to last year's Necrozma fusion, players can fuse Black Kyurem with Zekrom (requiring 1,000 Volt Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Zekrom Candy) and White Kyurem with Reshiram (using 1,000 Blaze Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Reshiram Candy). These fusions unlock unique attacks – Freeze Shock for Black Kyurem and Ice Burn for White Kyurem – and are reversible at no cost. The necessary fusion energy is obtained by defeating Kyurem in raids.

Completing these fusions also unlocks special event backgrounds. Each fusion unlocks a unique background, with a bonus background awarded for completing both.
