This partnership is a significant turn of events after years of competition. EA and FIFA ended their long-standing relationship in 2022 due to a disagreement over licensing fees. This led to the release of EA Sports FC 24 in 2023. Now, FIFA has surprisingly partnered with Konami's eFootball for the FIFAe World Cup 2024.
