The Ingenuity Utility Belt is a unique drop from the King in the Mists, a challenging endgame Ritual Boss. To fight him, you'll need "An Audience With the King," an item used on the Atlas Realmgate. Defeating the King in the Mists offers a chance to obtain the belt, but it's not guaranteed. The drop rate is approximately one in five attempts.

How to Get 'An Audience With the King'
This item can be acquired in two ways:
