Following reports of the mass exodus, developers reassured fans about the status of their games. Remedy Entertainment, self-publishing Control 2, confirmed its development remains unaffected by the situation, stating their agreement is with Annapurna Pictures. Similarly, Davey Wreden and Team Ivy Road confirmed Wanderstop is progressing as planned. Matt Newell's Lushfoil Photography Sim, nearing completion, also seems unaffected, although the team acknowledged the loss of the Annapurna Interactive team. Beethoven & Dinosaur also confirmed that Mixtape development continues.

Despite this positive news, uncertainty clouds several other projects. No Code's Silent Hill: Downfall, Furcula's Morsels, Great Ape Games' The Lost Wild, Dinogod's Bounty Star, and others await developer updates. The status of Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth, an internal Annapurna Interactive project, also remains unclear.

Annapurna Pictures CEO Megan Ellison pledged continued support for their developer partners amidst the transition. While many developers express optimism, the full impact of the mass resignation on the gaming landscape remains to be seen.
