Xbox Game Pass January 2025 Lineup: A Snowy Start and Stellar Additions
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers are in for a treat this January 2025! Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, a thrilling skiing game featuring co-op and PvP modes, drops on January 21st as a day-one title. This exciting addition follows a relatively quiet first half of the month, where the main updates involved tier shifts for existing games.
While the initial January 2025 Game Pass additions were somewhat limited, the second half of the month promises a much more robust selection. Following Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, three more day-one games are slated for release: Eternal Strands (January 28th), Sniper Elite: Resistance (January 30th), and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector (January 31st).
Of particular note is Eternal Strands, an action-adventure game developed by Yellow Brick Games and helmed by BioWare veteran Mike Laidlaw. This title boasts a distinct Zelda-esque feel, promising a captivating experience for players.
