Quick Links

Rinascita, the new region introduced in Version 2.0 of Wuthering Waves, is packed with exciting new areas to explore, Echoes to collect, and a variety of quests to complete. Among these, some quests remain hidden off the map, encouraging players to explore and uncover them independently.

One such intriguing side quest is "Treasures in the Painting," which you can find in Egla Town, just southeast of Ragunna City. This guide will help you discover and successfully complete this hidden quest in Wuthering Waves.

How to Start Treasures in the Painting Quest in Wuthering Waves

To kick off the Treasures in the Painting quest, make your way to the Resonance Beacon right outside Egla Town in Whisperwind Haven. From the beacon, climb the steps on the east side until you reach the final set. Just nearby, in a grassy area, you'll spot an NPC named Claudia painting by the cliffside. Make sure your in-game clock is set between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM (06:00–17:00), as Claudia won't be there at night.

Approach Claudia and strike up a conversation to start the hidden side quest. She'll mention that you remind her of her Sentinel and will generously gift you one of her paintings. Once the dialogue wraps up, the quest will update, challenging you to find the real-world location that inspired Claudia's painting.

How to Complete Treasures in the Painting Quest in Wuthering Waves

The painting Claudia gave you depicts a tower to the south, which you can see from her cliffside spot. This tower is located on a small island in Thorncrown Rises, within Thessaleo Fells. To reach the top of the tower quickly, use the Echo Challenge: Flight II teleport point. Alternatively, if you've completed the Shadow of the Towers exploration quest, you can use the Command Rise teleport point to access the base of the tower.

From the top, glide down to the specific section of the tower where the marked location is. If you're starting from the bottom, utilize the Flight utility tool, introduced in Version 2.0, to ascend the tower. Once you reach the marked spot, stand on it to reveal a Standard Supply Chest. Open the chest to complete the Treasures in the Painting quest and unlock the Lost Glory achievement.
