"Ultimate Arise Crossover: Beginner's Guide Now in Beta"

Author : Joshua May 19,2025

If you're diving into *Arise Crossover*, you might think it's a straightforward game where you collect Shadow units to attack enemies who can't fight back. However, as you progress, the game can become confusing, especially regarding progression, leveling up, and choosing the right Shadows. If you're feeling lost, this guide is here to help you navigate the game more effectively.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In *Arise Crossover*, each of the three islands offers multiple recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. The weakest unit currently available is **Soondoo**, which you can obtain at the game's start, while the strongest is **Mifalcon**, found on Brum Island at the game's end.

While types are important, **ranks** play a more crucial role. A **Rank A Soondoo** will outperform a **Rank D Mifalcon**. Higher-ranked units can level up further, which means a **Rank D unit** tops out at **Level 75**, whereas an **SS unit** can reach **Level 200**. Your ultimate goal should be assembling a team of four **SS Mifalcons**, but the journey there is where the real challenge lies.

**Dungeon Portals** in *Arise Crossover* spawn every **30 minutes** and remain open for **15 minutes**. Even if you enter a dungeon just before it closes, you can complete it fully. Portals can appear in various locations on each island, and their difficulty rank is random.

Start by building a team of **Rank D units** and tackle a **Rank D or C dungeon** on Leveling Island. This approach will help you gather a solid group of units and possibly a rare boss Shadow Unit. **Dungeons are your only source for recruiting Rare Units and common units above Rank C**.

Whenever a portal spawns, **go for it**. Even if your team isn't strong enough, wait by the portal for others to join. Many players can solo these dungeons and are often willing to help lower-level players get through. This community support is key to progressing and recruiting higher-ranking Shadows. We've experienced firsthand how a kind player helped us through a **Rank A dungeon** with only **Rank C units**, enabling us to recruit **Rank A units** and reach the endgame. We encourage you to pay it forward by helping others in similar situations.

Arise Crossover Weapons

During the current Beta phase, **player weapons are largely ineffective**. Early on, they might offer a slight boost, but by the second island, their impact diminishes significantly. The **Iron Kando Blade**, the strongest common weapon, costs **60 million** and deals **516,1K damage**, while your units can easily dish out **200 to 400 million** damage. Unless you have money to spare, it's best to save your funds for future updates that may enhance weapon utility.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Just like dungeons, **wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes**, and only one player can attempt to claim each mount. A server-wide message alerts players of a new spawn, but you won't be notified if someone else claims it or if it disappears.

Mounts can appear in **six different locations**: on the back of main islands or on smaller islands between major ones. Check the developer's map for specific spawn points.

You can't claim the same mount more than once, and attempts to capture can fail. **Flying mounts** are the rarest, with a **10% spawn rate**, while **ground mounts** are more common, and **water mounts** can be purchased from the Boat Shop NPC.

To obtain a mount, keep an eye out for the server message and race to the six potential spawn locations. While mounts aren't essential for progressing through the game, a flying mount can certainly make travel more convenient. We're still on the hunt for our flying mount and wish you luck in your quest.

That's the rundown for now. We'll continue to update this Beginner's Guide as *Arise Crossover* evolves. In the meantime, don't forget to check out the *Arise Crossover* codes for some free rewards to aid your journey.
