RuneScape's latest Dev's Diary for April brings exciting news with the launch of the new quest, Return to the Desert: Pharaoh's Folly, available from today until April 28th. Dive into the adventure as you team up with Leela and Ozan to navigate the perilous Shifting Tombs and alter the fate of the desert.
Here's the Full Scoop on the Pharaoh's Folly in RuneScape
The situation in the Kharidian desert is heating up, with Menaphos teetering on the brink of chaos due to Osman's shocking betrayal. The city is crumbling, its people divided, and the ominous presence of Amascut lurking in the shadows. Surviving the Shifting Tombs is just the beginning of the challenges ahead.
You won't face these trials alone. With Leela leading the charge and new allies, including some charming pets, by your side, you'll delve into Menaphos' ancient secrets and unravel Osman's true intentions.
Heading Back into the Heat Again
Completing Pharaoh's Folly comes with rewarding perks. You'll gain Thieving and Agility XP, earn the prestigious title "The Rabble-Rouser," and receive Leela's Favour bracelet. This bracelet is a game-changer, allowing teleportation across Menaphos' districts, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and all active soul obelisks.
However, Pharaoh's Folly isn't for the faint-hearted or the unprepared. You'll need a Slayer level of 87, completion of the Beneath Scabaras' Sands quest, and to have checked off various objectives from the Do No Evil quest within Phite Club. Additionally, ensure you've built the required structures in the Fort Forinthry storyline. Once these criteria are met, you can meet Leela outside Menaphos' gates and embark on a quest to save the city. So, if you're ready, grab RuneScape from the Google Play Store and Return to the Desert!
