Lyonchyk Sprat resides in Rookie Village, Cordon region. Upon reaching the village center, you'll hear him call out. He'll initially attempt (and fail) to tell Skif a joke.
He'll then ask for your help in delivering a joke to stalkers around a bonfire to make friends. Accepting initiates the quest.
Assisting Lyonchyk Sprat's Joke Delivery
Lyonchyk instructs Skif to climb into the attic and await his cue. A ladder beside the bonfire leads to the attic. Climb up and wait.
