Radiangames has revealed Speed Demons 2, a side-scrolling highway racer reminiscent of the Burnout series, both visually and in its high-octane gameplay. Following the original mobile title, this sequel is slated for PC release later this year.
The developers highlight a unique control scheme: "Controls focus on movement, not steering. You'll use gas, brake, and turbo buttons, but vertical analog stick (or mouse) movement dictates vehicle direction." They assure players, "It's unusual, but instantly intuitive."

Speed Demons 2 boasts ten game modes, echoing the destructive spirit of Burnout. Modes like Pursuit, Takedown, and Rampage challenge players to eliminate opponents within time limits. Conversely, Scratchless, similar to Burnout's Burning Lap, rewards minimizing vehicle damage while racing to the finish.
