Navigate to the designated location and find the NPC named Rosalie. She's quite conspicuous and easy to spot.
Engage in conversation with Rosalie, and she'll reiterate her desire to see you sporting a hairstyle from the Simple category.
Press the 'C' key to browse through your collection of haircuts. The Simple category is conveniently located just below the image. For this quest, I chose a haircut from the fisherman set for Nikki.
This choice perfectly matches Rosalie's request and looks fantastic. I also selected a black tracksuit to complement the haircut, though you can craft your own unique look or simply change the hairstyle without altering your outfit.
