Originally introduced in *Pokemon Scarlet & Violet*, this addition brings a fresh face to the Pokemon universe. Post-debut, Shroodle will remain available for players to collect.

Can Shroodle Be Shiny?

At its release, Shroodle will not have a Shiny variant available in *Pokemon GO*. Trainers can look forward to its Shiny form being introduced in future events, possibly those focused on Poison-type Pokemon or Team GO Rocket.

How To Get Shroodle in Pokemon GO

Recent debut Pokemon are rarely found in the wild, and Shroodle is no exception. Instead of appearing on your Nearby radar, trainers will need to hatch Shroodle from 12KM eggs. This method is currently the only way to acquire Shroodle in *Pokemon GO*.

Starting from 12 AM local time on January 15, 12KM eggs have a chance to hatch into Shroodle. The odds of hatching Shroodle are likely to increase during the Fashion Week: Taken Over event, but it should remain part of the 12KM egg pool afterwards.

How To Get 12K Eggs

Given that Shroodle is exclusively hatchable from 12K eggs, it's worth revisiting how to obtain these eggs in *Pokemon GO*. These eggs are among the rarest in the game, and there's only one way to get them.

12K eggs can only be obtained by defeating one of the Team GO Rocket Leaders or Giovanni in battle. The Taken Over event is an ideal time to accumulate these eggs, as Team GO Rocket will be highly active and Rocket Radars will be more accessible. However, you can challenge GO Rocket Grunts to face Sierra, Arlo, and Cliff at any time to earn a 12K egg, provided you have space in your inventory.

How To Get Grafaiai in Pokemon GO

Shroodle's evolution, Grafaiai, also debuted in *Pokemon GO* on January 15. It doesn’t hatch from eggs or appear in the wild; the only way to obtain Grafaiai is by evolving Shroodle.

Evolving Shroodle into Grafaiai requires 50 Shroodle Candies. This means you'll need to hatch multiple Shroodle or set it as your buddy to gather the necessary Candies to evolve into Grafaiai in *Pokemon GO*.
