Pokémon Presents Event Scheduled for Next Week

Author : Aria Apr 21,2025

The Pokémon Company has exciting news for fans, announcing a Pokémon Presents event scheduled for February 27, 2025, in celebration of Pokémon Day. This event will be streamed live on the Pokémon YouTube channel at 6am Pacific Time, 9am Eastern Time, and 2pm UK Time. While the exact content remains a mystery, enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating any updates on the next mainline Pokémon game, which has yet to be officially revealed. The company has already teased fans with a spin-off title, Pokémon Legends: Z-A, set to launch in 2025, but the next "generation" of Pokémon games remains under wraps.

These Pokémon Presents events are known for offering updates across the franchise's various ongoing games, including Pokémon Unite, Pokémon Sleep, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon Masters EX. Additionally, fans can expect news on the recently launched Pokémon TCG Pocket, as well as developments in the physical trading card game.

Last year's Pokémon Presents event set the stage with the announcement of Pokémon Legends: Z-A, alongside details about Tera Raid Battle events for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and the introduction of the Pokémon Trading Card Game coming to mobile platforms. Unlike previous years with multiple events, 2024 saw only one Pokémon Presents, and marked the first year since 2015 without a major Pokémon game release.
