EA unveils Battlefield Labs, a closed beta testing program for upcoming Battlefield titles. This internal test will allow select players to experience core gameplay mechanics and concepts, though not all features tested will be included in the final game. Participants will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Conquest and Breakthrough modes will be available during the testing phase. Initial testing will concentrate on combat and the game's destruction system, followed by balance adjustments.
Pre-registration is open for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. A limited number of players (a few thousand) will receive invitations in the coming weeks, with plans for broader regional expansion later.

The developers have confirmed the game is in a crucial development stage. Currently, there's no official release date. Development is a collaborative effort between four studios: DICE, Motive Studios, Criterion Games, and Ripple Effect Studios.
