Accessing the Dark Aether Nexus and Initial Pack-a-Punch Location
Unlike previous maps, simply reaching the Pack-a-Punch's location isn't enough. First, you must open the Doorway to Nowhere. This teleporter leads to the Dark Aether nexus within The Tomb.
Locate the Subterranean Temple by progressing through the map. Inside the Temple, find the altar and interact with it using the Amulet (you'll always start with it). This opens the Doorway to Nowhere, granting access to the Dark Aether Nexus.
The Pack-a-Punch machine initially resides within the Dark Aether Nexus, near its center. However, its location changes.
Locating the Pack-a-Punch in its Alternate Position
The Pack-a-Punch machine can spawn in two locations on The Tomb map. The first is always the Dark Aether Nexus (as described above). The second is the Roman Mausoleum, an ornate ruin atop the Dig Site.
To determine the Pack-a-Punch's current location:

Consult the Tac-Map: The main map and the Dark Aether Nexus have separate Tac-Maps. If the Pack-a-Punch icon isn't on one map, it's on the other.

Observe the Stone Slab: A stone slab with illuminated sections indicates the Pack-a-Punch's position. An icon on the main map indicates its presence in the Dig Site. An icon on a separate island section of the slab signifies its location within the Dark Aether Nexus.
