Nintendo has confirmed that pre-orders for the Switch 2 will start in the U.S. on April 24, 2025, with the base price holding steady at $449.99 and a launch date set for June 5.
The company shared the update on its website, noting that Switch 2 accessories may see price changes from the April 2 announcement due to shifting market dynamics. Nintendo also indicated that future price adjustments for its products could occur based on market trends.
In addition to the unchanged console price, Nintendo confirmed the Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle will stay at $499.99. Pricing for both physical and digital versions of Mario Kart World ($79.99) and Donkey Kong Bananza ($69.99) will remain consistent at launch.
