Netmarble’s Beat 'Em Up King Of Fighters ALLSTAR Is Shutting Down Soon

Netmarble's popular action RPG, King of Fighters ALLSTAR, is set to conclude its run on October 30th, 2024. This announcement, recently posted on Netmarble's official forums, marks the end of a six-year journey for the title. The in-game store has already been closed, effective June 26th, 2024.

Reasons for Closure:

While the game enjoyed considerable success, boasting millions of downloads and positive player feedback praising its animations and PvP, the developers hinted at a potential depletion of characters to adapt from the source material, the iconic King of Fighters series. This, however, is likely only one factor contributing to the decision. Further, recent optimization issues and game crashes may have also played a role.

A Final Farewell:

Players still interested in experiencing King of Fighters ALLSTAR have approximately four months remaining before the servers shut down. Now is the time to engage in legendary battles and explore the game's features before it's gone. Download it from the Google Play Store before October.
