Open Beta Access:
The open beta test will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, featuring full cross-play functionality. PS Plus subscribers on PS5 gain early access, starting October 28th, while all other players can join from October 31st to November 3rd. Pre-downloads begin October 27th (PS Plus members) and October 30th (others). Ensure you have at least 18GB of free space.

Beta Content:
The beta includes character creation (with progress carrying over to the full game), a story trial (tutorial and Chatacabra hunt), and a challenging Doshaguma hunt (supports multiplayer or NPC hunters).
Rewards: All beta participants receive exclusive in-game rewards (Palico pendant, Seikret, item pack) downloadable upon the full game's release on February 28th, 2025.
New Trailer and Locale:
The "Black Flame" trailer showcases the Oilwell Basin, a new fiery locale with unpredictable oil well explosions, introducing new monsters like the Ajarakan and Rompopolo, and the fearsome apex predator, the Black Flame. The trailer also hints at the importance of the Azuz people and their forge.
