Monopoly Unveils Valentine's Day Update with New Rules and Quiz

As Valentine’s Day approaches, Marmalade Game Studio and Hasbro are set to infuse the beloved digital board game, Monopoly, with a romantic twist for Android and iOS users. Dive into the festivities with a range of limited-time features designed to celebrate love in various forms.

Monopoly's Valentine’s Day event introduces an engaging quiz that matches you with one of four unique Monopoly tokens, each symbolizing a different type of love. After completing the quiz, you can enjoy a 24-hour trial with your matched token. Should you wish to keep it beyond the trial, the token will be available at a discounted rate.

The update also brings a revamped House Rules event, designed to speed up the gameplay. With Quick Hotels, you can now build hotels after just three houses instead of the usual four. The Quick End rule concludes the game after the first player goes bankrupt. Additionally, Quick Jail lets you escape jail on your first turn, and Starting Title Deeds grants each player three random properties right from the start. To keep the game moving swiftly, you'll bypass tax, Chance, and Community Chest spaces.

Adding to the festive spirit, a new collection of Cupid-inspired tokens will be available, along with the Sweethearts bundle, featuring two cherubic figures ready to grace your game board this Valentine’s Day.
