Legendary Fish Locations

Four Legendary Fish await discovery in Fields of Mistria. The game helpfully provides a daily notification ("A legendary fish is nearby") indicating their presence. Remember, you must unlock the Tier 3 Legendary fishing skill (80 Essences) to even encounter them. Catching all four in your first year is unlikely, so prioritize this skill before year two.

Spring – Cherry Fish

The Cherry Fish, a small fish found only in spring during windy conditions, prefers ponds. The large eastern pond near the city is a good starting point. Smaller ponds, such as the one near the Manor House, offer an alternative. Focus on small shadows to avoid larger fish.

Summer – Lightning Fish

The medium-sized Lightning Fish appears in summer during stormy weather. The Narrows river (west of the city) offers two prime fishing spots, but other rivers are also possibilities.

Fall – Leaf Fish

The small Leaf Fish, exclusive to fall and windy days, is found in rivers. The rivers along the Eastern Road are a suggested location.

Winter – Snow Fish

The medium-sized Snow Fish, appearing in winter during snowy weather, inhabits the beach area. Explore the shoreline and the small western island for optimal chances.

Utilizing Legendary Fish

Once caught, donate your Legendary Fish to the Museum. Collecting all four unlocks a reward: Fish Wings. Additional Museum rewards, including furniture, recipes, and treasure chests, depend on your overall collection progress.
