He attributed the confusion to misinformation and urged fans to cease inquiries on the matter.

Stolz-Zwilling's statement was clear: "KCD 2 will not have Denuvo; it will not have any DRM at all. We never confirmed it. There were discussions, some misalignment, some misinformation, but ultimately, there will be no Denuvo." He appealed to players to stop repeatedly asking about DRM, emphasizing that any unconfirmed information is untrue.
