Wuthering Waves Unveils Phoebe and Brant as Upcoming 5-Star Rinascita Characters
Version 2.1 of Wuthering Waves will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-star Rinascita characters. While their weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, lore suggests Phoebe, an Acolyte of the Order of the Deep, will be a Spectro unit, and Brant, captain of the Fool's Troupe, a sword wielder.
