Bethesda's upcoming Update 3 for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle promises significant improvements. Scheduled for release next week, the update will include bug fixes and enhancements, notably adding support for Nvidia DLSS 4, encompassing Multi-Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction.

Initial details, shared via a tweet preceding the full patch notes, hint at addressing critical gameplay issues that have plagued the title since its December launch. Bethesda previously indicated February's update would introduce enhanced graphics and resolve bugs preventing some players from completing the game or navigating certain environments in Sukhothai (such as vine climbing and squeezing through walls). The extent to which these specific fixes are included remains to be seen.

Launched on PC and Xbox Series X|S, and available day one on Game Pass, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has already attracted 4 million players. The MachineGames title has received widespread critical acclaim and multiple awards, including three D.I.C.E. Awards. A PlayStation 5 release is anticipated this spring.

Harrison Ford, the iconic Indiana Jones himself, commented on Troy Baker's portrayal of the character, stating that Baker's performance demonstrates the unnecessary use of AI to replicate his likeness. In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Ford expressed his satisfaction with Baker's performance, emphasizing the actor's talent and the quality of his work. He stated, "You don’t need artificial intelligence to steal my soul. You can already do it for nickels and dimes with good ideas and talent. He did a brilliant job, and it didn’t take AI to do it."
