Winning her heart, however, requires navigating through a series of quests that not only deepen your bond but also enrich your gameplay experience. If you're playing as Male V, with the Male V Voice and Body Type, you're set to embark on this romantic journey starting in Act 2.
Complete Ghost Town
Ghost Town marks the beginning of your journey with Panam. After the Playing for Time quest, you'll meet Rogue Amendiares in the Afterlife, who will direct you to Panam. Your first encounter with her might be rocky, but agreeing to help her retrieve her car from the Raffen at Rocky Ridge sets the stage for your budding relationship. Whether you choose stealth or a more direct approach doesn't matter as much as your decision to support Panam in her quest for vengeance against Nash. When she asks for your help, respond with "OK. So where's this hideout?" and follow through to the Raffen Shiv hideout. After the mission, at the Sunset Motel, choose to celebrate with a beer, selecting either "[Drink] To your ride!" or "[Drink] To what's ahead!" Flirt with Panam by suggesting "Maybe we get just one room?" to pave the way for romance, and then head to sleep to complete the mission.
Complete Lightning Breaks
The next morning, head to the garage to start Lightning Breaks. Help Panam with her car and follow her instructions to bring down the Kang Tao AV and kidnap Anders Hellman. Stick close to her and complete the objectives to seamlessly transition into the next quest, Life During Wartime.

In this mission, support Panam by choosing to help her at the crashed Kang Tao AV. When you meet Saul, the Aldecaldos leader, defend Panam by selecting "It really wasn't Panam's fault." After the mission, respond to Panam's message with "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait for her call to start Riders of the Storm within 24 in-game hours to keep the romance on track.

Rush to the Aldecaldos Camp to help rescue Saul from the Wraiths. When Panam asks for your help, choose "We're chooms, that's why," and opt to ride with her by selecting "Yeah, 'course." After saving Saul, mediate the argument between Panam and Saul with "Let's take it easy – you're both tired" or "Shitty idea, Panam's right." Seize the moment to flirt with Panam using the options "Pleased with your stay, ma'am?", "You'd be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma'am," and "[Touch Panam's thigh] Got a few ideas." Although she might reject your advances initially, the next morning, stop her as she's leaving and select "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…" to receive a kiss, solidifying your bond.
Complete With a Little Help from My Friends
When Panam calls you back to the Aldecaldos Camp, agree to help her with "OK, I'm in," and choose to ride with her. At the trainyard, select the following dialogue options to deepen your relationship: "[Stand by window] Missed you," "So let's start," "Great plan. What went wrong?", "So far, so good," "Why's it different with me?", and "[Touch Panam's hand] Next time, try following that impulse." After leaving the communications tower, choose "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold" at the campfire to further your bond.
Complete Queen of the Highway
After some time away from the camp, return when Panam calls. Enter the Basilisk with her and flirt by saying "Nice and cozy in here." During the Basilisk battle, sync your synapses and select "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let's go" for a pivotal romantic moment. After the battle, continue to nurture your relationship with "[Drink] Listen, what happened in the Basilisk…," "I'd love to. But I can't," and "[Stand] I'll think it over, I promise." When the Relic malfunctions, choose "I can stay for a bit. Thanks" and "[Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me" to conclude Panam's romance quests, unlocking The Star ending and cementing your relationship with her.
How to Go on Dates with Panam
With Update 2.1, you can enjoy additional romantic moments with Panam. After completing her romance arc, you'll receive the mission I Really Want To Stay At Your House. Reply to Panam's message to invite her over to any of your apartments (except for Dogtown) for a cozy night in, strengthening your bond even further.
