In the cooperative horror game *R.E.P.O.*, your primary objective is to retrieve valuable items and survive the ordeal. It's a challenging task, as you'll be pursued by an array of monsters that spawn randomly across each location. If you manage to escape with your loot, the game, along with the menacing AI Taxman, rewards your efforts. This allows you to stock up on essential survival gear using the cash you've earned.
To successfully secure these valuable items, you must locate and reach the Extraction Point, where your C.A.R.T. of treasures is assessed, and the Taxman permits you to proceed to the Service Station—hopefully with a substantial amount of cash to spend.
As you advance in *R.E.P.O.*, the extraction process becomes more familiar. What initially feels daunting soon turns into a routine as you conquer more levels and overcome more monstrous threats.
How to Extract in R.E.P.O.
During your initial round in *R.E.P.O.*, you'll encounter only one Extraction Point. However, as you progress to new locations, this number can increase up to a maximum of four. You can monitor the number of drop-offs required and those already completed by looking at the red number in the right-hand corner of your screen.

At the start of each level, the Extraction Point is conveniently located near your R.E.P.O. truck. This position remains constant, ensuring you know where to deliver your first batch of valuables. Subsequent points, however, can be trickier to find.
After depositing your first C.A.R.T.-full, continue navigating the level as you normally would. However, you won't know the Taxman's demands or the location of the next drop-off until you reach that area. This is where your in-game map becomes invaluable. By pressing "Tab" on your keyboard, you can view unexplored areas, aiding in route planning and allowing your team to cover more ground simultaneously if you're playing with others.

Once you reach the vicinity of the next Extraction Point, its location will become clear—either by sight or sound. Upon locating it, press the large red button to determine if you've collected enough items. If you have, place your C.A.R.T. within the designated grey area to ensure none of your items are destroyed.
After completing this step, depending on the number of Extraction Points you need to find, you'll either move on to the next one by repeating the process or attempt to return to the truck safely. It's important to note that after the last Extraction Point is discovered and your valuables are counted, you don't need to take the C.A.R.T. back to the truck. A new one will always spawn at the next location or level.
