*Rune Slayer* on Roblox delivers a compelling MMORPG-like experience, complete with "Kill 10 X" quests, crafting, dungeons, and even fishing. A key feature of any MMORPG, the mount, is also available in *Rune Slayer*, although the game doesn't explicitly guide players on how to obtain one. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get your mount and enhance your journey across the game world.

Recommended Videos Before you get a mount

Before embarking on your quest for a mount, ensure you meet these prerequisites:

• Reach level 20: Achieving this level should take you around 5 to 6 hours, or less with friends. Engage in Quests, Jobs, and mob battles to level up efficiently.

• Tame a pet: You'll receive a quest that introduces you to pet taming. Here's how it works:

  • Locate an animal you wish to tame, such as a Deer, Wolf, or Spider.
  • Attack it once to initiate the taming process.
  • Hold a food item that the animal enjoys; for example, Deer love Apples, and Wolves prefer Raw Deer Meat.
  • Watch for a Heart to appear above the animal's head, indicating the taming attempt.
  • If the Heart fully expands, the animal will become your pet. If it turns black, the attempt has failed, so try again with another animal.

Once you've reached level 20 and have a tamed pet, you're ready to proceed.

Finish the Mount Quest

At level 20, Jimmy the Stable Master in Wayshire will offer you the "Jimmy's Delivery" quest. Your task is to deliver a package to the Stable Master in Ashenshire. Accept the quest and head north through Wayshire's northern entrance. Follow the road and ascend the hill into Greatwood Forest. Be cautious of the challenging mobs here and continue north until you reach Ashenshire, recognizable by its large houses perched in trees.

Upon reaching Ashenshire, find and climb the rope to ascend. The first NPC you encounter at the top will be Madonna the Stable Master. Although there's no quest marker, speak to her and select "I have a package for you." After delivering the package, return to Wayshire by backtracking south.

Back in Wayshire, talk to Jimmy the Stable Master again, indicated by an exclamation mark, to receive your reward: A Saddle. Note that the Saddle won't appear in your inventory to prevent accidental loss.

How to mount your pet in Rune Slayer

With the Saddle obtained, summon your pet by holding "T". Approach your pet and select the "Mount" option by pressing "E". This method works with all mountable pets, allowing you to traverse Rune Slayer at high speeds.
