While most of these, aside from the Video tab, focus on quality-of-life and accessibility enhancements that don't directly impact performance, they can significantly improve your gameplay. We'll highlight the settings you should consider adjusting, but feel free to leave others at their default values or tweak them to your liking.
General
The General tab hosts numerous quality-of-life settings. Experiment with these to find what suits you best. Here are some recommended adjustments:
