The "Fairy Tail Indie Game Guild" Project Unveiled
Prepare for a trio of Fairy Tail games! Kodansha Game Creators Lab and Hiro Mashima have announced a collaborative effort resulting in three new titles: Fairy Tail: Dungeons, Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc, and Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic. Developed by independent studios, these games are coming soon to PC.
Fairy Tail: Dungeons and Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc launch on August 26th and September 16th, 2024, respectively. Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic is currently under development, with further details to follow.
"This project started with Hiro Mashima's desire for a new Fairy Tail game," Kodansha shared in their announcement video. "The developers are infusing their love for Fairy Tail, their unique talents, and creative vision into these games, promising enjoyment for both fans and gamers alike."
Fairy Tail: Dungeons – August 26th, 2024
Embark on a deck-building roguelite adventure in Fairy Tail: Dungeons. Players navigate dungeons, strategically utilizing limited moves and skill cards to overcome enemies and delve deeper. Developed by ginolabo, and featuring a soundtrack by Hiroki Kikuta (Secret of Mana composer), the game promises a vibrant Celtic-inspired soundscape.
Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc – September 16th, 2024
