New Story Trailer and Large-Scale Beta Weekend Announced
Dune: Awakening is accelerating toward its much-anticipated launch with an upcoming large-scale beta weekend. On April 25, Funcom made an announcement on their official website, revealing that they are dedicating a weekend to Dune: Awakening's global beta test. Alongside this announcement, they unveiled a new trailer showcasing some of the game's cinematic cutscenes and intriguing story snippets.
The beta test is designed to accommodate a substantial number of new players. Unlike previous closed betas, this one will be free of any NDA, allowing participants to share their experiences and stream them online. The official post states, "With access to the first 20 hours of the game and most of Act 1 of the story, you will get a taste of both spice and story."
