DC's All-Star Superman Now an Audiobook with Full Cast

The iconic comic book series, *All-Star Superman*, consistently ranks among the greatest Superman stories ever told, earning a spot on IGN's Top 25 list. Now, fans can immerse themselves in this legendary tale through a new medium: a full-cast audiobook. DC, in collaboration with Penguin Random House, is bringing Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely's masterpiece to life in audio form. Frank Quitely, the original illustrator, has contributed a fresh cover illustration for the audiobook, which you can view below:

*All-Star Superman* is a standalone narrative set in an alternate universe where Superman faces his mortality after overexposing himself to the sun's rays. The story chronicles Kal-El's journey as he discloses his true identity to Lois Lane and embarks on a series of superheroic trials reminiscent of the 12 Labors of Hercules. His final confrontation is with his nemesis, Lex Luthor.

The *All-Star Superman* audiobook is set to launch on June 24, 2025, just a month before the release of James Gunn's *Superman* film in theaters. It's worth noting that *All-Star Superman* was previously adapted into an animated movie in 2011.
