Disney has just announced an exciting event for fans, unveiling that tickets for Destination D23: A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney will be available for purchase starting April 14, 2025. This magical event is set to take place at Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort from August 29 to 31, promising an immersive experience filled with "exclusive presentations from the Walt Disney Archives and Walt Disney Studios, as well as spectacular entertainment and peeks into all the worlds of Disney." Attendees can also look forward to a variety of unique interactive activations and shopping experiences that are sure to delight Disney enthusiasts.
To secure your spot at Destination D23, you must be a D23 Gold Member when tickets go on sale at 10am PT/1pm ET on April 14. The entry-level D23 Gold Membership is priced at $49.99 per year and offers numerous benefits, including access to other exclusive events, special items, and more. Higher membership tiers come with additional perks, and you can explore all options here.
Ticket prices for the event start at $299 for general admission, with a limited number of Preferred ($549) and Premiere ($799) tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis. These tickets include "dedicated queues for reserved seating areas," and D23 Gold Members can reserve a ticket for themselves and one guest.
At Destination D23, guests can enjoy over 25 "specially curated presentations from across The Walt Disney Company" and an exclusive D23 Shopping Spree experience. While specific details about the presentations are yet to be revealed, shopping enthusiasts will be thrilled to know that The Walt Disney Company Store, Mickey's of Glendale, Disney Studio Store Hollywood, and Ink & Paint Marketplace will offer some of the most sought-after merchandise.
On August 30, all attendees are invited to the D23 Kuzcotopia Night at Typhoon Lagoon to celebrate 25 years of The Emperor's New Groove. The following evening, August 31, will feature the Disney '80s-'90s Celebration in Concert, showcasing Broadway and Disney Animation stars in an unforgettable performance.
Additionally, fans can look forward to The Walt Disney Archives: Charting the Course, Disney Global Stories & Inspirations, a celebration of the diverse cultures that have inspired Disney's iconic experiences. This includes exhibits like Dwayne Johnson's Jungle Cruise costume, animation maquettes from The Lion King and Mulan, and original puppets from EPCOT's Tapestry of Nations.
For those arriving in Orlando a few days early, there are additional treats in store, including D23 Nights at Disney Springs and A Goofy Movie Throwback Premiere on August 28.
