While I regularly cover its updates, other Marvel games often get relegated to the weekly "Best Updates" roundup. That's a fair point! So, let's dedicate a Marvel Minute to see what's happening in the wider Marvel mobile universe. Both Marvel Future Fight and Marvel Contest of Champions have exciting new events underway. Let's dive in!
First up, Marvel Future Fight is celebrating Iron Man! Tony Stark, ever the innovator, is adding to his impressive suit collection and upgrading his arsenal. This event, inspired by Invincible Iron Man, introduces new threads for Tony and Pepper. Here's the lowdown from the update notes:

Now, let's shift our attention to the ever-popular Marvel Contest of Champions. New events usually introduce fresh playable characters, and the roster keeps getting deeper and more diverse. This game has a truly impressive collection of fighters; I'm still surprised by some of the choices! As a long-time Marvel fan, I especially appreciate seeing less common characters become playable. Let's look at the update notes:

Count Nefaria
Count Luchino Nefaria, a descendant of Italian nobility, leveraged his wealth and connections to rise within the Maggia crime syndicate. He underwent experiments granting him superhuman abilities, but at the cost of his life. Resurrected as a being of ionic energy, he’s effectively immortal, sustaining himself by draining other ionic beings.
Shathra
Daughter of the Elder Goddesses Oshtur and Gaea, Shathra hails from Loomworld. Tasked with creating the Celestial Map of Humanity, she was surpassed by her sister Neith, fueling a jealous rage. Consumed by vengeance, she seeks to destroy her sister's creation.

Event Quest – Lupus In Fabula
An attempt to overthrow The Collector's ship is underway! The Summoner must evict these villains, but deeper within the ship, they encounter escalating threats and competing agendas. Will the Summoner succeed, or will they go down with the ship?
Side Quest – Ludum Maximus
The Maestro has declared four months of games to celebrate his return. The Circus Maximus, hosted by Count Nefaria, features challenges demanding the best competitors. Nefaria incorporates skill and luck, with 5x weekly randomized maps presenting formidable foes.
Act 9; Chapter 1
Glykhan's self-destruction doesn't end Ouroboros's sinister plot. Clues are scarce, but Superior Kang offers intel via scattered holo-tapes. Mister Fantastic and Doctor Doom send the Summoner on a mission, but they aren't the only ones seeking answers. Will the past haunt the Battlerealm?
Glorious Games
Our third Saga, Glorious Games, celebrates the Contest's history and the Maestro's return. Each month features a different element, starting with September's Circus Maximus and culminating in December's Grand Banquet. Expect a classical antiquity theme, Champion chases, reworks, and new events and quests.
Realm Events
Collaborate with Summoners across the Battlerealm! Realm Events are new events with global point contributions. Rewards are earned based on global and individual contributions, with ranked rewards for competitive players.”
