Thanks to the March 10th v0.13.0 update, you can now control the length of your in-game days. This feature is accessible to all players, regardless of their progress.
First, load your saved game from the Main Menu. Once back on your farm, open the Pause Menu and click the **Settings tab** (the cogwheel icon) at the bottom. Select **‘Accessibility’** from the left-hand menu. You'll find the **‘Day Time Speed’** option near the top; it will initially show ‘Standard.’
Select it. The game will warn you that adjusting the daytime length might affect NPC schedules, which are optimized for ‘Standard.’ If that’s not a concern, you can change the daytime speed to **‘Longer’** or **‘Longest’**. ‘Longer’ significantly increases daytime hours, while ‘Longest’ provides even more time. ‘Longest’ is generally preferred for maximizing playtime.
To activate the new daytime duration, simply **sleep in your bed** until the next day begins. Repeat this process to switch between the different speed settings.
