Locating Naoise Nallinto:

Reach Act III: Progress your game to the early stages of Act III. You'll pass through Wyrm's Crossing on your way to Baldur's Gate.

Visit Sharess' Caress: Located east of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate, Sharess' Caress is a brothel where you'll meet Raphael. Alternatively, use the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing fast-travel point.

Find the Nymph's Grotto: On the second floor, look for a locked door with a green light and ivy. A lockpicking skill check of 10 or higher will open it.
