To complete the quest "Carpet Diem," which begins in the Agrabah realm, players must equip the Magic Carpet as a Companion from the wardrobe menu and snap a selfie with it.

Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)

Reaching Level 2 Friendship with Aladdin triggers the "Good As Gold" quest. To start, gift Aladdin his favorite items to level up your friendship. In this quest, Aladdin enlists your help to test Scrooge McDuck's new security system by casing his shop. Begin by talking to Scrooge, then take photos of the vault door behind the desk and both staircases, ensuring to capture wide shots to meet the multiple requirements efficiently.

Next, Aladdin suggests dressing in dark, sporty clothing, which is optional but can be done after nightfall (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.). Once inside the shop and dressed appropriately, press the large red button on the wall to the left of the counter to initiate the security system test. This changes the store's layout, requiring you to navigate through pools of light and press buttons to move them, reaching the downstairs area and pressing the button to the left of the counter again without being caught.

After navigating the security system, collect the four floating coins around the shop by gliding and pressing the interact button. Aladdin will then inform you that some coins escaped into Dreamlight Valley, prompting you to exit the shop and collect nine more coins scattered around. Return to Aladdin and Jasmine’s house to add the coins to the growing pile of gold, take a photo with Aladdin and the gold, and listen to his discussion with Scrooge to complete the quest.

Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)

At Level 4 Friendship, Aladdin wants to create a Dreamlight Magic Carpet. Start by consulting Merlin, who directs you to the Dreamlight Library to find three books on Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, and Flying Technique. Locate these books on the floor next to the book pile, on the shelf against the back right wall, and to the left of the desk.

After delivering the books to Aladdin, he'll ask for your help in gathering materials from Minnie. Collect 4 Dream Shards, 4 Blue Hydrangeas from Dazzle Beach, 4 Purple Bell Flowers from the Forest of Valor, and 25 Fiber from Kristoff’s Stall or through crafting. Once you have the materials, bring them to Aladdin and Jasmine’s house, where Aladdin will create the Dreamlight Magic Carpet.

Accept the Magic Scroll from Aladdin and interact with the carpet to make it fly. Follow Aladdin to the Disney castle's entrance for a tour around the Valley on your new glider. Ensure you have enough energy by eating prepared meals to overfill your energy bar (yellow) to use the carpet. Equip the Dreamlight Magic Carpet from the wardrobe menu and start the tour by gliding under the banner in the Plaza's main square, navigating through various locations as directed.

Remember that while the Dreamlight Magic Carpet appears to allow flying, it functions like other Gliders in the game, meaning you cannot fly over obstacles. After completing the tour, speak with Aladdin to finish the "Bring Your Own Carpet" quest.

All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)

Reaching Level 7 Friendship with Aladdin unlocks the "All That Glitters" quest, where he aims to create an impressive bouquet for Jasmine. Collect 4 yellow and 6 purple flowers and bring them to Aladdin. After presenting the bouquet to Jasmine, Aladdin expresses his desire to give her something she truly loves. He mentions a scroll from Scrooge McDuck that leads to a treasure.

Follow the scroll's clue to the "mermaid's isle" by using the raft on Skull Island. On the island, find the Golden Sun Piece on the upper right side of the peninsula and insert it into the tall rock to the left of the entrance. An image of a broken-down pillar appears, prompting you to dig up a box, fish up a pillar piece, and open a barrel to collect the necessary items.

After assembling the pieces, nothing happens, leading you to consult with Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel. None can help, so return to Ariel's island, where Jasmine joins you to solve the puzzle. Follow her instructions to rotate the pillar pieces according to the clue: "From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers." Once solved, collect the treasure and give it to Aladdin, who shares it with Jasmine. Complete the quest by accepting the golden tea set furniture item from Aladdin.
