The highly anticipated 2025 Samsung TV lineup showcased at CES is now hitting the market. Select Neo QLED and OLED models are currently in stock at Samsung's online store with immediate shipping for deliveries as early as April 9-10. Many models are also available for in-store pickup at Best Buy. While not all 2025 TVs have launched yet, more models are expected to become available shortly.

Samsung's 2025 lineup includes six Mini-LED models, with three already available for purchase. The premium Neo QLED QN990F and QN900F series feature true 8K resolution with improvements including enhanced anti-glare technology, wireless One Connect box, and access to Samsung's Art Store. The 4K Mini-LED range includes the QN90F, QN85F, QN80F and QN70F models, with the QN90F offering a 165Hz refresh rate, Gen 3 processor, and premium anti-glare coating. Notably, the QN85F marks Samsung's first 100-inch television.

S85F 4K OLED Smart TV
Samsung's OLED lineup (S95F, S90F, S85F) receives several enhancements for 2025. The flagship S95F features the new NQ4 AI Gen 3 processor, 165Hz refresh rate, improved anti-glare coating, and a next-gen QD-OLED panel reaching 2,000 nits brightness. The S90F includes the Gen 3 processor, 144Hz VRR support, and QD-OLED technology with 1,300 nits brightness (55"+ models). Currently, only the entry-level S85F with Gen 2 processor is available.
2025 Samsung The Frame Pro Art TV

The new Frame Pro debuts alongside the standard Frame TV this year, featuring a superior Neo QLED Mini-LED panel, 144Hz refresh rate, enhanced anti-glare technology, and wireless connectivity via the One Connect box. The standard Frame model will remain available at a more affordable price point.
