Mindi, also called MindiKot, Mendhi Coat, Mindi Multiplayer, or Dehla Pakad ("Collect the Tens"), is played by four players in two opposing partnerships. A standard 52-card deck is used. The player drawing the highest card becomes the dealer, shuffling and dealing 13 cards to each player.
Choose your adventure with two game modes:
- Hide Mode: The player to the dealer's right secretly selects a trump suit.
- Cut Mode: No trump suit is chosen initially; players unable to follow suit select the trump.
Gameplay involves taking tricks. The highest trump card wins; otherwise, the highest card of the led suit wins. The trick winner leads the next trick. Captured tricks are kept face down. The partnership capturing three or four tens wins the hand; capturing all four tens is a "Mendicot"!
